Our background of implementation of small and large accounting programs and guiding firms through difficult transition of system migration and keep all employees on side and motivated through training.
A large media PLC, changing accounting systems after merging four media firms into one which ran into difficulties. Staff retention and morale was at rock bottom which meant low productivity.
To resolve these problems, staff were given appropriate training and the system upgraded with monthly managements reports coming straight from the accounting system using Crystal Report writer.
Resulting in timely information, satisfied staff and better business performance.
