By converting the manual accounts of a £30 million turnover NHS Department to a bespoke spreadsheet accounts package. We brought processing time down for processing the professional remuneration fees for health service from 2 weeks to 3 days per month.

The staff were redeployed to undertake other tasks which added value to the department.

A large media PLC, changing accounting systems after merging four media firms into one which ran into difficulties. Staff retention and morale was at rock bottom which meant low productivity.

To resolve these problems, staff were given appropriate training and the system upgraded with monthly managements reports coming straight from the accounting system using Crystal Report writer.
